At The Shak, we as a family run business bring the soul of the islands to your table with a menu rooted in authentic Jamaican tradition. Every dish is a celebration of vibrant spices and time-honored techniques, from our legendary Boneless Jerk Chicken slow-cooked on the drum to smoky perfection to our rich, savoury Curry Goat. Whether you're craving the comfort of oxtail and rice & peas or the kick of scotch bonnet peppers from your Pepper Steak dish, we provide a true taste of the Caribbean served with a side of warm island hospitality.
